Our Guarantee:

We do our very best to satisfy our guests and meet expectations on all services at Honey & Sage Salon. However, if you need an adjustment we encourage you to let us know within our 7-day guarantee. 

Cancellations:

Our stylists strive to be on time and ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes early to your appointment to allow for parking and to obtain parking passes if needed. Late arrivals compromise the timing,quality of work, and our points of difference, therefore we cannot always guarantee appointments for those who are 10 to 15 minutes late. We will do our best to accommodate whenever it is possible without compromising quality of your service.

Children:

We love children and it is our duty to keep them safe. Children 5 and up are welcome at Honey & Sage Salon for services but very small children who need parental guidance are not.  Another adult must be present to care for them. Our culture at Honey & Sage is to provide a consistent, relaxing restful place for adults to take a break. We prefer that you as a client enjoy your services without distraction.

Environment:

We understand that sometimes our clients must take calls while in the salon. We ask that you please set cell phones to silent mode.  If needed, texting and laptops are encouraged.

Gratuities:

All salon services are non-inclusive of gratuity. We graciously accept gratuities at your discretion.
